Improve Your Skills On The Ice In A Non Competitive Environment! Stick and Puck is our open ice time for players to refine their skills.
All skaters must wear a helmet & gloves, and all skaters 18 years and younger must wear full protective gear!
Spring Hockey development
Join us at the Ice Station on Saturdays this spring. Coaches will be working with players on skill development, skating, shooting, & more!! Don't miss the opportunity to enhance your development and be prepared for all of the tryouts you will attend!!
Katy Jo Power Skating
Katy Jo Power Skating will be back at the Ice Station May 30th-June 1st. Mite and up will have 15 spots per age group.
- On Ice Training-Focused power skating with each session specific to age and skill level
- Video Sessions-Breakdown of mechanics and personalized movement analysis
- Off-Ice Training-Skating specific dryland training to reinforce the skating mechanics developed on-ice
